Arium Lakeside
Managed by Carroll Management was our most current
project. Carroll just took over the location and wanted to dress is it.
They already knew who to call.
April spoke with Erin about the properties needs.
They attached each location separately.
At the wooden deck over looking the lake they used the Contemporary Balcony table and high chairs. They were
paired with the 6 ½ Market Umbrella and the 150 lbs. umbrella base to
provide a private seating for anyone to view the lake.
At the upper deck of the pool the 10ft. Atlantis Cabana and 95 lbs. base was installed
to offer more of a resort feel. But we didn’t stop there.
The Sanibel Deep Seating Loveseat, Lounge Chair, and the 19” square
Hartford side table
was installed under the cabana. This beautiful outdoor seating area is
extremely popular.
Around the pool deck we added the
custom Contemporary Adirondack Chairs and 19” Hartford Side Table
so parents can sit around the edge of the pool watching their children
swim.
The pool deck has the modern design of the
Anna Maria sling chaise lounge and headrest pillows with 19” square
Hartford marine grade polymer side table.
Dining on the pool deck has never been as nice as it is now with the NEW
Moda Dining Chair paired with the 36” sq. Hartford dining table.
The 61/2” sq. Market Umbrella and 67lbs. base keep the
residence shaded while enjoying these beautiful Florida days.
