Aspect Apartments

ET&T Distributors and American Landmark Management worked together to get the Aspect Apartments existing playground removed and installation of a new playground installed. 

The existing playground had seen better days. So the decision to have it demoed was made. But some of their exiting materials were still useable. So our installers relocated the existing mulch and boarders to the side as they were removing the old playground. 

The Hoosiers Nest Playground was selected as the new playground for Aspect. In addition to the new playground we installed an ADA Half Ramp for stroller or wheelchair accessibility, relocated the boarders, and mixed the existing mulch with the new top off mulch. 

After the final inspection the playground is now open for play to the kids of the property.
