We have worked hand in hand on many of the pool deck, dog park and playground designs and installation.
Grand Central Apartments had a few locations that they wanted bring to life.
We started in the Amenities area.
We installed the Sanibel Marine Grade Polymer Deep Seating collection.
This Sanibel is a modular item. The pieces we used were the Lounge Chairs, left arm, a right arm, armless lounge chairs, and the 90 degree corner table.

The Kingston Balcony Stool is also in Flagstone Gray and the seat is Azure.
Across the back pool deck they selected out modern Sunset Chaise Lounge with easy replacement slings. We added the pop of color by adding our sling headrest pillows in Carousel Confetti. The Congo Side Table in aqua marine pools all the colors together.
In front of the chaise lounges we installed our Contemporary Adirondack Chair in Dark Grey.
At the Protrusion we installed our Contemporary Adirondack Chair in Aruba.
At the left of the pool we have the Sunset Double Chaise Lounge with Console. To make this area really stand out to the residence we installed a 7 1/2 Market Umbrella with the black center pole and the Carousel Confetti canvas.
To provide some dining in this area we installed the Cube 80 High Tables and the Lido Barstool.
At the back pools grilling area we installed our most popular Recycled Plastic Hex picnic table and the Hex ADA Picnic Table.
In the sidewalk courtyard we installed the new Mission Bench and the Classic deck chair with the Tete a Tete Table.
In the dog park area we installed new site amenities of the classic bench, hex picnic table.
Around the 2 small fire pits we used the
Double High Adirondack chairs with the Classic Deck Chair with the Tete A Tete Table and Recycled Plastic Trash Can.
