Erin went and walked the property to get a feel of what they wanted and
needed.
The manager wanted the pool deck and seating areas to pop with color.
In the 1st seating area the Deep seating collection Oxford Wicker Sofa, lounge chair and 24” side table was
selected in Spectrum Indigo and Luxe Indigo pulled the Sunflower yellow
from the accent pillows. Our NEW 48” Round Fire Pit completed the look they wanted for this
area.
The 2nd area they wanted to dressed up with
Skyway Balcony Chair with Padded Sling and 30” Round Napa Balcony
Table.
This sleek design just calls you to come and enjoy the peaceful setting.
Adding additional deep seating in this area as well. They selected to go with the
Oxford Deep Seating Wicker Lounge Chair and the 24” Oxford Round Side
Table.
Their gym area was the next location they wanted to give a little seating
to residence. Oxford Woven Foam Wicker Sofa & Lounge Chair were
paired with the bright yellow Congo Side Tables.
The 4th area they added the
42” Round Napa dining table with Skyway Padded Sling Dining Chairs.
The kitchen area was the 5th area to design. The beautiful and
stylish Skyway Sling Balcony Chair and 36” sq. Napa Balcony Table
and 6 ½ sq. Market Umbrella is awaiting you.
The pool deck was beautiful, but they wanted a WOW on the deck.
So, Erin showed them the new Phoenix Sling Recliner and
they loved it. We added
the 6.5” Ocean Master Manta Umbrella with a freestanding 150 lbs.
umbrella base.
Their residences are really impressed with the new look.
The deck has the Skyway armless chaise lounge with Headrest pillows to
allow the peace of getting some sun.
In their Pergola area we selected the Madrid Lounge Chair with the Accent pillows. We added a 32 Gallon Steel Trash Receptacle with the Jester Design to
give the residence a place to dispose of their trash.
