Monument Real Estate contacted ET&T Distributors, Inc.  about designing a new playground area at their property Azure Villas Apartments in Hollywood, FL. 

We went over the different types of play that they wanted to be available to their kids. 

The property had a playground installed that was in bad shape and needed to be removed. Some of the items they had on site were still in good condition. 

We removed their playground, slide spring rider and teeter totter.

We installed the Granite Manor Playground in primary colors. 
They kept the existing swing and dome climber. 

Our team went in and added all new boarders and mulch to complete the new update. 
We pulled the permit for the property and now the kids have a brand new area to play.
